This has been one of my favourite places to play since I discovered that Bet365 is more than simply one of the world’s largest and most successful sportsbooks. It was a pleasant surprise to return and find the new-to-me Vegas lobby. Although I still think of the site as a sportsbook with over £2.3 billion in annual revenue when I see the familiar logo, I rarely even bother to click away from the casino and games landscape when I visit. I don’t mean to denigrate the sports betting side of the equation by not mentioning it much. I made an account in bet365.com. Deposited some money and bing, they locked it. Sent them all documents they asked for verification. They were rejected, even the same ones have been accepted elsewhere.
Now 365bet’s customer service has been telling me, I have to contact them via live chat to get my deposits back. Everyone knows it is not possible, as to get to the chat one needs to log in. Haven’t got any reply, how to do that.
